STEP 1

Clean surface, remove all loose particles.

STEP 2

Compress damage edges with the Edge Planer.

Choose several color shades of Hard Wax Plus (light/medium/dark) corresponding to the surface and hold wax sticks in turns to the hot tip of the Hot Knife.

Let color wax mixture flow into the damage in the direction of the grain.

STEP 4

Remove surplus wax with the Special Filler Applicator.

Note: Sharp grooves on the flat surface, round grooves at edges.

STEP 5

Restore the grain with the appropriate color of Hard Wax Plus while drawing over the filled area with the tip of the blade of the Hot Knife.

Again remove surplus wax with the Special Filler Applicator. Note: Sharp grooves on the flat surface, round grooves at edges.

STEP 6

Use the Coarse Sanding Pad (included inside the Special Filler Applicator) to clean and degrease the damaged surroundings.

STEP 7

Seal filled damage by misting with Furniture Repair Lacquer from a distance of 12-16 inches – do not spray too wet.
