Same Day Shipping on most orders when placed before 2 PM, Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding holidays.

Exceptions may be if an item is out of stock or needs to be fabricated (e.g. pin block plugs). We will notify the customer if an order will not be shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

We ship primarily via the United Parcel Service (UPS) and our shipping charges are based on the Real Time Rates (RTR) of UPS. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of the product(s) being shipped and the location of the recipient. Allied Piano and Finish LLC is not involved in the calculation of shipping rates. At our discretion, we may use and/or offer online Federal Express (FedEx) or United States Postal Service (USPS) whose shipping charges are also calculated based on the Real Time Rates (RTR) of the respective carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and if you created an account when you placed your order, you will be able to view your order status on alliedpiano.com. You need to log in to your account and click on “Order History” under Account Options. If you choose not to create an account when placing your order, you can track your package by visiting www.ups.com. Other carriers can be tracked at www.fedex.com or www.usps.com

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive your order and there is a mistake that requires an exchange, Allied Piano and Finish LLC will advise on how to return the package. If needed, we will send you a pre-paid label to return the item. A replacement item will be sent at no cost to the customer.

We are not responsible for any damage to the product once it leaves our business. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment. Please save the box and, if needed, we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Please note that a claim can only be filed if you have the original packaging. Our liability is limited to replacement of the item. We do not issue refunds for damaged shipments unless we cannot replace the item.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is undeliverable, you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from the shipper and the package is returned to Allied Piano and Finish LLC, you are responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the package back to you.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International orders are by request only and solely at our discretion. Orders shipping outside of the US are subject to customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping quoted on this website. Allied Piano and Finish LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees. The receiver of the package will be billed separately from customs when your package arrives in the country.
