STEP 1

Tips Cracked Fitting Holes
Remove all loose particles. Clean surface.

Liquid Sandpaper

Dye Rex-Lith Wood with Color Touch-Up. Then mix with the appropriate quantity of hardener.

Rex-Lith Gel Filler
Color Touch-Up

STEP 3

Put a plastic cap or lid into the fitting hole and apply the Rex-Lith Gel Filler to the damaged area (mould).

STEP 4

Before the Rex-Lith has fully cured, coarse projectings can be carefully cut off with a chisel.

Level the filled area with the Metal Planer.

Stretch a piece of Sandpaper ‘dry’ tight around the Cork Sanding Block and remove final projections while sanding the surrounding area. Remove sanding dust afterwards.

Cork Sanding Block

Match filled damage to the color of the surrounding area by using a Brush Pen Color Lacquer.
