On the dull or rounded side you will remove Hard Wax from the damaged edge.

Stored conveniently inside the Special Filler Applicator you will find two pieces of scotch brite. The grey is the coarser of the two.

The serrated edge is used to remove the wax from the grooves on the outside of the applicator.
STEP 5

You can see that the tool is in the shape of a wedge. There is an upper and lower end of this tool. The wedge end of the tools is used primarily to apply and remove Soft Wax.
STEP 7
Always apply the Soft Wax to the upper end of the wedge where more pressure can be applied when filling damage.
