Medium Liquid Compound AP2 2000 PO91e is an Intensive Polish. It effectively removes grit sanding marks, light scratches, and oxidation, leaving a high gloss finish. It is known for its low-dusting formula and is suitable for use on repaired finishes.
Fast cutting of 2000 grit sanding marks and equivalent scratches on high-gloss wood coatings by hand or power buffing pads.
For touch-up damage repair, use after AP1 Heavy Cut Compound 1000 and follow with AP3 Finish Polish 2500.
Works exceptionally well with polyester finishes. Non-polyester finishes (e.g., polyurethane, enamel, lacquer) are softer and thinner, use caution and be less aggressive. High gloss lacquer finishes are the most fragile and often the best solution for troublesome scratches and abrasions is to replace the high gloss lacquer.
Use power buffing pads or by hand. Power buffing wheels may be used but works best with solid bar compounds.
Use separate buffing setups for each compound level, mixing compounds makes the finer compounds ineffective with unwanted results.
