Buffing Wheel Concentric Cotton is soft and loosely sewn with 4 – 5 rows with 1/2″ Arbor Hole.

Soft feather-edged cotton is concentrically stitched together and evenly spaced from the center, leaving the outer edge to provide a fine polishing surface.
