It is the goal of Allied Piano and Finish LLC to have complete customer satisfaction. If you ordered and/or received an item that is damaged or not correct, please let us know. At our discretion, we will make every attempt to satisfy the customer. All products must be returned in NEW (unopened and unused) condition.
Returns
All returns must have a pre-authorization from Allied Piano and Finish LLC. If the package return was not authorized, we reserve the right to not accept the package and return to the sender.
If the customer receives an item in which Allied Piano and Finish LLC made a mistake or the product is damaged, we will send the replacement item at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be sent. In the event that you received a product that is not correct or damaged, you have the option to return it for a full refund or we will replace the item.
If you have received an order that is incorrect or damaged, you have seven (7) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered. Please contact us at info@alliedpiano.com or call 215-491-3045. Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item. We will not accept any claims after seven (7) days.

Shipping charges for returns and, if applicable, shipping replacement items are the responsibility of the customer. Except if an item is damaged or a mistake was made by us, all shipping charges for the return/exchange of an item will be paid by Allied Piano and Finish LLC.
Refunds
If pre-authorized product(s) are returned that are damaged or a mistake on our part and do not receive an exchange, the customer will receive a full refund for the product(s) within ten (10) business days of Allied Piano and Finish LLC receiving the product(s).
Once an order has been processed, any changes requested by the customer requiring a refund will incur a 10% fee of the refund amount for administration and processing charges.
If the order has already shipped/delivered to the customer and received a pre-authorization from us to return the product(s), the customer will receive a full refund for the product(s) minus the 10% fee within ten (10) business days of Allied Piano and Finish LLC receiving the product(s).
