Clean the face of the pads by hand while scrubbing under warm running water. Avoid getting the hook-and-loop backs of the pads wet. Dry the pads by ‘patting’ between a folded microfiber or terry cloth towel. Store on a shelf to completely air dry. For built up and dried compound, prior to washing, run the polisher with mounted pad at a moderate speed carefully using the brush against the pad face for maximum cleaning power.
